Ikokore is made with Water Yam (Isu Ewura) instead of the normal Puna/ White Yam. It is a
pottage recipe from the Ijebu people of Ogun state, Nigeria.
We serve our IKOKORE with a side of protein of choice (either 2 pieces of meats/2 pieces
of chicken/a piece of fish)
