Description
Asaro or yam porridge or yam pottage, is a delicious traditional yam dish originating from the
Yoruba people of Nigeria, Benin Republic and Togo. Asaro is cooked in a well seasoned pepper
mix until soft and fluffy with some yam chunks.
We serve our ASARO with a side of protein of choice (either 2 pieces of meats/2 pieces of
chicken/a piece of fish)
